Should have a good understanding of various methods and tools used in masterdata management and should posses expertise in at least one of them Shouldpossess the ability to engage with business and IT users and senior managers inworkshops in order to elicit solution expectations Should be able to stitchtogether a solution for each master data object keeping in mind the basicdesign principles of a master data repository and also the integration aspects,while keeping in mind the prevailing larger MDM strategy Should be able todrive an MDM project track independently from design all the way till go live
