Position: Jr. EDI Analyst
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Duration: 6 Months.

Rate : $ 30/hr on C2C all inc.
Description:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related technical field.
· Familiarity with multiple file transfer protocols and applications is a must.
· 3 to 5 years of hands on technical experience in various (secure) file transport tools, including Sterling Integrator, ProdFTP, Secure Transport, or equivalent file transport protocol applications.
· Previous experience in a fast paced Production Support environment and ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve various file transport issues/scenarios.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to prepare mid-level technical documentation related to solutions and troubleshooting.
· The ideal candidate is extremely accountable for their work due to the client-facing nature of this position.
· Accountability for technical quality and workability of solutions.
· Ability to work flexible hours during on call rotation.
· Adhere to technical direction, standards, guidelines, and methodologies for use in specified technologies in own discipline.
