Job Title : Quality Salesforce Analyst
Location : Richmond, VA
Duration : 12+Months
Experience (Yrs) : 8+ years
Need Visa Copy at the time of Submission
Technical/Functional Skills :
• Have working technical knowledge in testing on Salesforce applications.
• Have working knowledge on Agile testing environment
• Have very good understanding of the QA procedures and deliverables.
• Have working knowledge on understanding requirements, creating Test Strategy, Test plans
• Have working knowledge on creating requirements traceability matrix, manual and automated Test cases & scripts and Test execution in test management tool. Defect maintenance and reporting.
• Have working knowledge on reporting on automated and manual testing efforts to project and business users.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Develop, publish, and implement Test Strategy, Test plans and procedures.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases and test scripts.
• Follow quality assurance standards and best practices.
• Maintain defect tracking log.
• Report on automated and manual testing efforts.
• Participate in functional and technical issue resolutions sessions.
• Interact with business partners to understand and document business requirements.
• Work with clients, developers, and project teams to determine software requirements, supports the design of application changes and related troubleshooting.
Generic Managerial Skills :
Excellent analytical and research skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables
Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes
