Job Description:

· At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks

· At least 4 years' hand's on application development experience in Pega PRPC v5.x/v6.x/V7.x and Pega banking frameworks

· Should be certified CSSA/CLSA in Pega PRPC v6.x/V7.x

· Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design

· Experience in developing Work Flow, Rule based Business Process Management applications especially in Pega

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills and technical documentation skills

· At least 2 years' experience in database Oracle or MS/SQL

· At least 2 years' experience in either J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP/Java script/CSS), .Net or any object oriented programming language

· Exposure and hands on integration rules like SOAP Connect, SQL Connect, and File Listener

· Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point

· Excellent Analytical skills. Participate in code-reviews for the code optimization to acquire high performance

· Involved in testing and troubleshooting the issues of application using PRPC tools like Rules

Inspector, Clipboard, Tracer and SMA

· During construction phase, developed several Process flows, Data Model, Sections, Harness, Flow actions, Decision, Declarative, When Conditions, Agents, and other rules in Pega PRPC

· Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires travel 

· Experience working in the onsite/offshore model
