Skillset / Experience:

The Lawson Analyst supports the maintenance and management of Infor Lawson ERP suite of software including, but not limited to, financial, human resources and procurement applications. The analyst ensures that business applications are working effectively and efficiently and within the confines of security requirements.This individual will also participate in or facilitate developing, testing, installing, and/or deploying applications and Infor Lawson related information technologies as needed.

 Below are the specifics of the job description:

·         Lawson general functional knowledge

·         Understanding of Lawson application architecture and core logic, including Lawson System Foundation, Process Flow, Financial and HRM System modules and LBI

·         Demonstrated expertise working with Lawson web forms, task lists, utilities, macros and business rules

·         Strong investigative and analytical skills

·         Excellent analytical, design, and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities

·         Fundamental understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory & network technologies

·         Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and oral communication skills

·         Able to manage time efficiently with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently and adapt in a rapidly changing environment

·         Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

·         Proficient in MS Office

·         2 years minimum experience with Infor Lawson LSF9 (S3-10 experience is a plus)

·         Desired skill with SQL,  Crystal Reports and Lawson auxiliary programs
