1)Title : Java UI Developer
Location : NYCcandidates for a Java UI Developer position with a strategic client in the Corporate and Investment Banking Industry in New York, NY. The scope of the project involves Java development services for an investment banking regulatory project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, analysis, design, and coding software applications
• Work as integral member of technical teams, supporting standard SDLC phases by regularly performing tasks such as interpreting program specifications and providing analysis, contributing to design, and programming/coding
• Debug programs and troubleshoot application issues, in production and development
• Prepares comprehensive documentation and ensures timely completion of assigned work
Required Skills:
• 7 - 12 years' experience in Java /JavaScript/HTMLand related technologies
• Expertise in one or more of JavaScript based frameworks (Angular JS, JQuery, DoJO, EST JS) is required. Angular JS expertise is an added advantage.
• Prior experience with HTML5
• Experience programming with relational databases
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate and web services
• Capital markets experience is preferred
• Experience with Websphere and/or WebLogic is desired
• User Experience design skills are valued
• Ability to identify and design UI details and aesthetic qualities beyond basic functionality Strong communication skills
• Strong design skills
• Ability to work in agile kind of environment
• Strong client facing skills
• Ability to handle teams working in multiple sites (onsite, offshore, near shore)
• Understanding of Regulatory environment is a value add
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• 7 - 12 years' experience in Java / JavaScript/HTML and related technologies
NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED
• Understanding of capital markets and investment banking regulations is a value add
• Strong database and analysis skills are desired

2)Solution Architect - CCAR
Location : NJseeking candidates for a Solution Architect position with a strategic client in the Corporate and Investment Banking Industry in Jersey City, NJ. The scope of the project involves the delivery of CCAR FR Y-14A Regulatory Reporting development services. The project is executed in a global delivery model including business center in NY, offshore team and other stakeholders located globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with Key Program Stakeholders to provide solutions that meet strategic business goals and requirements
• Analyze business requirements to design, architect, develop and implement highly efficient, highly scalable system solutions that meets defined standards
• Participate in design and solution architecture sessions with developers and business stakeholders
• Participate in project and detailed task planning including effort estimation
• Provide Technical Leadership and prepare comprehensive enterprise diagram documentation as defined by the SDLC and ensure timely completion of assigned work
• Prepare process flows and technical documentation for business and executive review
Requirements for this Role:-
• 8+ years' experience in Java / J2EE and related technologies
• Strong solution knowledge of Java Architecture
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate
• Strong knowledge of SDLC including, waterfall and agile models of development
• Experience with SOA concepts is desired
• Strong experience in delivering PAD, Architecture diagrams
• Knowledge of Oracle is desired
• Strong experience in project management, planning, scheduling and coordination between several stakeholders (business, several application owners with their own delivery schedules and priorities)
• Ability to work in an agile environment, problem solve, and manage teams effectively
• Ability to manage the end-to-end flow and communicate each teams role\part\deliverables\timelines\impacts
• Global delivery experience a plus
• Should be very good in communication and be able to work independently.
• Capital Markets experience is required.
• Knowledge of Market / Credit risk domain is desired
