Job Description:-
Must have at least 8 years .NET project related experience
Must have at least 3 years' experience in Sitecore CMS projects (v6 and v7), Experience in version 8 is an advantage.

Binding content and presentation
Workflow engine
Platform administration and tuning
Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS
Specifically for Sitecore, Sitecore API, Kernel and Sitecore. Client libraries. Sitecore concepts including Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, Sitecore caching, Serialization, Sitecore configuration, Sitecore deployment, Security etc.
Track record of leading a Sitecore development team of at least 6 developers.
