We are currently seeking a Senior Microsoft .NET Developer for one of our premier clients. This individual must be a team player who is self-motivated with a history of leading technical teams on projects to
integrate multiple systems, provide a user interface that simplifies the user experience, and incorporate common code modules that can be used throughout the system. The individual must have experience with web
services, Microsoft.NET, C#, ASP.NET and HTML. He/she must have the ability to multi-task and handle multiple streams of work simultaneously. This person must remain calm and maintain a positive influence
in the face of stringent and accelerated deadlines. They should be an exceptional communicator and be able to articulate issues in a professional manner. They should have the ability to accept mentoring, be a
mentor, and demonstrate a willingness to learn. They will have the insight to identify roadblocks and reach out to others for assistance to resolve issues.
Required skills: Developing designs for Microsoft .NET, C# and ASP.NET projects Developing web service designs using Microsoft .NET Experience with projects that involve system integration Experience
designing user interfaces that simplify the user experience Experience creating common code modules that can be re-used throughout the project Authoring design deliverables Ensuring that coding standards are
defined and followed Mapping requirements to design, architecture to design, and design to code Ensuring that code is well documented and reflects the requirements Guiding test case development and test
execution Strong communication skills Ability to manage scope and link scope to defined requirements Issue and risk management – demonstrated experience overcoming issues and mitigating risks Full
