- 5-10 years business analysis experience with at least 2-3 years as a hands on Informatica Developer
- Ability to articulate all phases of SDLC and associated deliverables
- Understanding of SDLC best practices and controls, specifically business process analysis, requirements engineering, testing, stakeholder management, and project management
- Must be a self starter and team player with the ability to influence and drive teams toward solutions in a productive manner
- Written and verbal communication skills are essential to success in this role
- RECENT Financial Services/Banking experience is Required.
