Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6+ Months

Client: Wells Fargo

Rate: $45/hr on C2C

 

Web-Ex or (Phone and Skype)!!!!

 

UAT Testers who MUST have 2+ years of mobile/tablet test experience!!!!

 

Job Description:

As a User Acceptance Tester/Business Systems Analyst, you will:

•Develop test scripts based upon business requirements and processes, in line with defined workflows, acceptance criteria, and other documentation

•Attends and actively participates in story refinement/business requirements gathering sessions

•Review, Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases to understand the functional and technical requirements in order to test the application and verify requirements are successfully met

•Create/update Acceptance Criteria as needed

•Participate in User Story sizing and test effort estimation

•Prepare and execute test scripts. Document bugs for test scripts where the actual results do not successfully meet expected results

•Regular and engaged attendance at team meetings

•Support agile and/or waterfall project teams as needed to ensure team goals are met

•Work with appropriate resources to determine the acceptable range for test results

•Work with appropriate teams to identify appropriate data for testing

•Facilitate resolution and communication of cross-application/organization issues and decisions

•Assist Application Developers and Technical Support staff in identifying and resolving problems

 

Essential Job Functions:

•Excellent knowledge of Agile & Scrum Testing.

•Defines test cases, test matrices, configuration test questionnaires, and writes test scripts from user scenarios or business requirements documentation to confirm that systems meet business objectives.

•Successful candidate must possess superior oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey issues, reports, and other deliverables.

•Handle the tasks of interacting with business and team in performing testing

•Familiar with Application Life Management (ALM) (5+ years of experience)

•Has good knowledge in Testing : Web , Mobile and Tablets

 

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years' Experience of Software Testing

• 3+ Years' Experience of User Acceptance Testing

• 2+ Years in Agile Testing

• Experience working in Banking and Financial Services. Brokerage / Trading are Plus.

• Business Analyst or Development experience is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills
