Position	Big Data Engineer with MapReduce Expertise
Location	Mountain View, CA (we will prefer local candidate)
Start Date	Immediate & URGENT
Job Description	·         A passion for building scalable, robust software with automation in mind ·         Great team player with strong ability to work independently ·         8+ years of software development experience in OO languages. ·         6+ years of experience working in Java ·         4+ years of experience developing distributed data processing platforms with selected Big Data technologies, i.e., Hadoop, Hive, Spark ·         4+ years of experience working with relational databases ·         Hand-on experience on processing tens of TB scale data sets in production ·         Hand-on experience in writing scripts using both Python and Unix shell ·         Experience working in Scrum/Agile environment ·         Great team player with strong ability to work independently ·         Excellent analytical, problem solving and written and verbal communication skills ·         Experience working with AWS technologies like EC2, S3, EMR, is a must. ·         Solid knowledge on public key encryption
