Position : Project Manager with PMP Certification

Location : Long Beach, CA

Duration : 6+ Months

 

·         Should be able to manage 4-5 mid-sized projects simultaneously.

·         Develop project plan, risk mitigation strategy, traceability matrix.

·         Develop project budget and tracking to the budget.

·         Employs best practices and standards and has understanding of the key project metrics.

·         Should be comfortable managing changing & competing priorities.

·         Should be able to manage difficult stakeholders

·         Should have strong analytical skills and must be able to ramp up quickly to the application domain and company processes.

·         Should have experience developing presentations and presenting them to senior executives

·         Should be able to improve existing processes and create new processes for efficiency and to improve quality.

·         Should have some technical application development background to understand the requirements and design of the project to engage the right resources and provide accurate estimates.

·         PMP Certification is a must

 

NICE TO HAVE:

·         Claims, Enrollment or Care Management background is a nice to have

·         SDLC knowledge Communication, Coordination, Project Management, Healthcare Insurance domain,  Claims, Enrollment or Care Management , PMP Certification

·         PMP certification, PROJECT Management, Budgeting, Coordination, Healthcare domain knowledge, Good verbal and written communication skills
