Position: SSRS Developer
Duration: 3-4 Months
Location: Minneapolis, MN

Project Description:
HJIP is looking for an experiences SSES Reports Developer to work closely with the business leaders and technical staff to troubleshooting and resolve existing reporting problems as well as creation of new reports
Position Requirements:
• SSRS experience
• Strong relational data understanding at a senior level, ability to troubleshoot
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide training to developers with limited SSRS exposure
• Nice to have: Criminal Justice Experience / Knowledge
Skills/Experience:
• Experience with developing new reports using SSRS
• Strong relational data understanding at a senior level, troubleshooting break/fix skills in an SSRS (SQL Server) arena. Working with the business to turn raw data into meaningful reports
• Excellent communication skills, to work directly with business users to gather final requirements, prioritize, validate and document reports
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide training to junior level SSRS IT Business Analyst as well as other developers with limited SSRS exposure
List of Deliverables:
· Create accurate reports to include documentation
· Lead unit testing to include managing and oversight of results, progress
· Coordinate Business sign off of reports
· Resolve existing SSRS reporting issues
· Provide regular updates of the issues list and the new reporting requests, to include the assigned priority
· Mentor, Coach a few SSRS Jr. level experienced level IT Staff
