8 years of C# development experience
Must have Win Forms experience (WPF a plus)
This resource needs to have strong UI experience with the knowledge of design principals, the ability to independently apply them and to make recommendations for application layout and behavior.
Excel VBA experience is a must.
Excel integration experience is a big plus
This position will be working at 100 Federal
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to design and deliver software assemblies relevant to complex business problems.
Five to Eight years of GUI development using Microsoft technologies
Solid experience with the .Net framework version 4.0 or higher
Proficient in test first development methodology and knowledgeable of entire software lifecycle
WinForms proficiency
Excel Object Model, VSTO or Excel DNA a strong plus
Knowledge of charting/grid technologies a strong plus
PL/SQL knowledge a plus
Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that supports a business-critical production environment
Computer Science degree or related field
Job Description
The project will build and integrate a real-time trading application with models in Excel. This position is responsible for technical design, coding and unit testing.
Responsibilities:
Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support of the Equity Trading
Partner with Business Analysts to review and implement business requirements
Partner with Project Managers, Technical and QA Leads on estimates, statuses, identify issues and raise risks
Stay current with evolving Trading industry and technical trends to ensure systems and team are of highest caliber
