Mandatory Technical Skills : RightNow(Oracle Service Cloud),PHP,.NET,Java script

Desirable Technical Skills: RightNow(Oracle Service Cloud),PHP,.NET,Java script,Oracle Pl/Sql,Oracle SRM

 

Role' Responsibilities  

·         Gathering requirements from business team for the new projects.

·         Analysing the requirement and Designing optimal solution which benefits the Business.

·         Developing and coding in order to fulfill the business requirements for the new and existing assignments.

·         Involve in preparation of Functional and Technical Design documents.

·         Impact Analysis, Design test plans, scenarios, scripts required for the Oracle Application components for consumer side enhancements.

·         Code Review,System Integration Testing, Functional Testing & Regression Testing

·         Application enhancement and development related to Migration/Redesign/Enhancements.

·         UAT Support for Business Team.

·         Release planning and deployment.

·         Mandatory / Desirable  Functional Skills              

·         Very good working knowledge of Oracle RNT platform, cloud architecture, RNT Desktop configuration & Administration, Integration, RNT Customer portal design & development and RNT AddIns development

·         Good working knowledge in PHP and .Net

·         Requirements Analysis, Design, Development and Testing the RNT functionality

·         Good Leadership skills for managing and leading the team.
