Job Description
· Leading business requirements definition to successful completion, including the discovery, analysis and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases, test and training plans.
· Works closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams.
· Conducting customer and market needs analysis, developing detail product and internet systems requirements and managing all stages of business requirements from initial research to user acceptance testing.
· Liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.

Automated or manual testing experience in the web and client server environments.
Has experience in writing test cases, test plans, structured test methodology, use cases.
Development experience in test scripts, execution and reporting also required.
*The primary expectation is specific to manual testing. Extensive testing experience is required as we are looking for strength in working independently in creating typical testing deliverables.

6 -10 years experience –
Candidate should have knowledge of full system life cycles. Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools are required. Automated or manual testing experience with vendor systems that interface with mainframes - specifically Early Resolution (ER) system from CSC with knowledge on workflow and/or decisioning areas of the system. MSP mainframe system from Black Knight, formerly LPS experience also required. Must have experience in writing and executing manual test cases, ability to identify and document defects, report test progress to management and escalate issues as needed. Experience with agile methodology TFS tool - Microsoft Test Manager a plus but not required. Development experience in test scripts, execution and reporting are required. HP ALM Quality Center 11.52 experience desired
