| JD | · Thorough understanding on the Salesforce Objects and rationalize the usage · Thorough understanding on the Design patterns on what to apply and when · Thorough understanding on the Salesforce development. · Ability to translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions. · Ability to develop a technical strategy, and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements. · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Identify solution and alternatives and articulate the pros and cons of the choices. · At least 7 years of relevant experience on systems design, development and implementation. · Strong technical and business writing skills. · Agile experience is desired. |
