·         Excellent Experience in designing, developing, and deploying Messaging Middleware using JMS and MQ, EJB and Web Services

·         Excellent Experience in designing and developing message driven bean architectures

·         Multi-threading concepts

·         Java (8 years min), JBOSS EAP (with server implementation experience), Active MQ, Maven, SVN, Sonatype Nexus

·         Experience in the full lifecycle of a project: design, implementation, unit testing, deployment

·         Must possess impressive architectural skills in designing SOA systems as well as provide guidance/counsel to other developers

·         Experience with Linux/RedHat servers
