Job Title	Business System Analyst
Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	3-4 years
Technical/Functional Skills	• Experience in Fixed & Variable Annuities and Life Insurance is preferable • Experience working in data mapping between upstream and downstream applications is preferable
Experience Required	5-6 years
Roles & Responsibilities	• Drive the Business requirements gathering meetings • Review and revise Business Scope document • Plan requirement analysis and gathering session and capture the requirements • Walk through the Functional and non-Functional requirements documents to the project team • Coordinate with teams of the surrounding applications for implementing the solution • Review High Level Design documents • Support Design and Build activities • Review and Support Test Planning • Support Testing activities
Generic Managerial Skills	• Drive the Business requirements gathering meetings • Coordinate with Business and IT teams
Education	Bachelor's or Master's degree
Start date (dd-mmm-yy)	8/31/2015
Duration of assignment (in Months)	12 - 18 months
