Job Title : BPM Business Analyst with healthcare

Location :Denver,CO

Duration : 12 months

Experience Required

§  6 to 8+ years of software development experience; particularly within the Healthcare services industry. §  Good understanding of Healthcare concepts §  Exposure to BPM tools like Pega or IBM BPM is an advantage §  Ability to elicit requirements in the form of flow diagrams, wireframes and use cases §  Ability to perform independently and coordinate with offshore development teams §  Experience gathering requirements by conducting meetings, workshops and brainstorming sessions. §  Demonstrated proficiency in analysing data to derive business insights §  Proficiency in MS products (Visio, Word, Excel). §  Understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server. §  Experience with business process mapping, process improvement and re-engineering. §  Excellent skill level in SQL §  Ability to multitask and adhere to project schedule and prioritize. §  Superior documentation and organizational skills §  Demonstrated experience in Agile working methodology §  Delivery of large scale systems requirement documents.

§  Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand business and IT requirements §  Create high level stories for product backlog §  Work in Scrum teams to create user stories based on Agile best practices §  Create quality documents like use case diagrams, wireframes §  Manage effectively meetings with IT and business §  Create BPM flows
