Project Infrastructure Coordinator

4 + Months (extended)

Bloomington, IL, US

 

Key Skills/Experience needed in this role include:

 

·         Must have excellent coordination and organizational skills (Previous leadership roles are highly desired)

·         Manage Issues, Risks, Change Requests, and RCNs management activities

·         Schedule and/ or facilitate meetings for daily touch points, problem resolution,  Lessons Learned

·         Create and submit IT Sol Cert documentation

·         Create Requirements, Design, and Validation documents, Product Readiness Approval Package (PRAP)

·         Provide regular project status reporting
 

Skills/traits to be successful: 

 

·         Managing without formal authority

·         Conducting effective meetings

·         Being able to ask probing questions

·         Proactive 

·         Excellent time management and organizational skills   

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment

·         Implementations occur over the weekend so weekend work is required

·         Prior experience at client is a plus

·         ITIL experience 

·         Leadership skills

·         Strong technical background in Host, JAVA and Windows

·         Ability to multi-task for different implementations

·         Ability to take ownership and provide coordination for tasks related to project/program objectives

·         Good communication skills

·         Self-motivated

·         Good attention to details

·         Broad technical knowledge is preferred (Java, Client Server and Mainframe

·         Knowledge of mainframe technologies and tools (DB2) is preferred

·         Working knowledge of project methodologies (i.e. waterfall, scrum, agile), leadership skills, familiarity with Systems Technical Architectures,experience and familiarity with implementation processes and procedures on various platforms, knowledge and experience with service
