Project (Overview):
· Forecast - design a solution to improve the overall efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility of the business planning processes and reporting for Capital and Non-Capital costs.
· Planning - design a solution to improve the overall efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility of the business planning processes and reporting for Capital and Operating & Maintenance costs.
· Revenue - design a complete solution for managing, processing, modeling, and reporting all customer billing data in one location.
· Regulatory - create a design, as part of the end-to-end planning process, to calculate revenue requirements, revenue deficiencies, and/or class cost of service at the appropriate level of
· detail to support all regulatory planning, analysis, and filing activities.
· Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
SKILLS:
· 7+ years project management experience managing all phases of SDLC
· Microsoft Project experience (required)
· Utilities experience (preferred)
· PMP Certification (preferred)
· Earned Value experience (preferred)
· Familiarity with Utilities International and Utilities International - UIPlanner preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
