Job Title: Data Scientist

Location : Cincinnati, OH

Duration : 6 to 12+ Months Contract with Possible Extension

 

Role and Responsibilities:

 

·         Understand the existing Architecture

·         Data analysis and algorithm creation using Hadoop or any open source language.

·         Representing data per user requirements.

 

Skills Required:

 

·         Base in statistics, algorithms, machine learning

·         Working Knowledge of open-source tools - Hadoop, Java, Python

·         Experience in prototypes, using external APIs, integration with other services, visualization

·         Experience in algorithm writing using various data analysis techniques.

 

Good to have:

 

·         Knowledge on Proficy or MES. Six Sigma green belt

·         Knowledge on manufacturing domain. Excellent Written, Communication and presentation skills. Collaboratively work and support team to discover creative, best practices

Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both orally and in writing(required
