Job Description

Complete Description:
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day support activities within the SRM 5.x environment and if time permits, the resource may be asked to assist with the SRM 7 Upgrade project.
Required /Desired

| Functional and configuration experience in SAP SRM | Required | 5 Years |
| Responsible for day-to-day support in an SRM 5.x environment | Required | 5 Years |
| Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written | Required | 10 Years |
| Resource must demonstrate independence, be self-motivated, and have the ability to manage workload with little oversight | Required | 5 Years |
| Strong problem solving, trouble shooting, and analytical skills | Required | 5 Years |
| Interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic team environment | Required | 5 Years |
| Adheres to schedules and project timelines and communicates issues/problems that may impact ability to meet objectives | Required | 5 Years |
| Upgrade experience from SRM Version 5 to Version 7.0 | Highly desired | 2 Years |
| Functional and configuration experience with SRM 7.0 | Highly desired | 2 Years |
