Job Title : Test Lead/QA Lead With Salesforce

Job Description :
Role: QA lead - Salesforce
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for leading offshore QA for SalesForce projects.
· Participate in sprint meetings, develop test scope/plan/cases and perform test execution as needed.
· Build and maintain working relationships with team members and other departments involved in projects.
· Identify and proactively resolve issues within the QA team.
· Communicate QA status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner.
Role Skillset:
· Minimum 5-6 years experience in testing with at least 3-4 years as QA lead on web/mobile testing.
· Minimum 2 years experience needed in Salesforce testing.
· Excellent SQL skills with some data testing experience is required
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good Knowledge on Agile/SDLC/Jira process/life cycle.
· Ability to lead resources.
· Experience with coding/automation/Selenium would be a plus but not required.
