Job Role                                 :Testing/QA Lead

Location                                  : San Bruno, CA, USA

Duration                                  : 6 months

Extension                                : Yes

Preferably GC holders or US citizens.

Qualifications Basic

• Overall 5+ years' experience in QA/Testing/QA Lead

• 3 years' experience developing/ testing highly distributed, complex eCommerce Platforms

• At least 2 years hands-on scripting (automation) experience in any of the following languages - JAVA, Python, Ruby, Groovy, or similar

• Extensive hands-on QA & white box testing, and automation

• Strong prior experience in QA test technologies like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG or equivalent technologies required.

• QE experience in J2EE technologies strongly preferred

• Experience with Agile Methodologies

• Hands-on experience working with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• White box testing using JUnit/TestNG

• Experience testing software at API level

• Proactive problem solver

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• If the candidate has automation experience, it is a +. However, if the candidate has only Manual experience, then need really strong proactive problem solver, probably with some lead experience.

• Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins/Hudson/CruiseControl/Maven)

• Experience with Code Quality Governance related tools (Sonar, Gerrit, PMD, FindBugs, Checkstyle, Emma, Cobertura, JIRA, etc)

• Experience and knowledge of cloud enabled services / applications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Hands-on experience with Eclipse or other IDE development tools

• Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git

• Experience testing different web service methodologies REST, SOAP, Web Services.
