· Strong functional expertise in Finance and Accounting, understanding of HFM and Hyperion Planning and Budgeting
· Extensive knowledge of financial systems, financial cycles and processes
· Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Planning and Budgeting
· Must have knowledge of Essbase, Hyperion, Oracle Reports
· Experience with project management life cycle principles

· Review and document business requirements and assess changes required to existing processes

· Build strong relationships with Business & IT teams to ensure effective support operations and drive simplification of business processes
· Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates resource plans, and status reports
· Ensures appropriate governance and monitors transformation project progress, budgets, risks and issues to ensure timelines and deliverables are met and manages communication with senior stakeholders, with primary focus on local stakeholders
· Support and communicate standards, policies, & compliance requirements

Strong Agile knowledge
Requirement: 3
Title: ETL QA
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6+ Months
· Minimum of 3-6 years of experience providing Software QA and Testing services.
· Proven track record to perform all aspects of Quality Assurance, such as planning QA activities, providing input into requirements / specification / design.
· Experience in Bio pharma / Biotechnology / Clinical Research Organization is a plus.
· Familiarity with FDA regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP desirable.
· Experience with various SDLC processes and how various QA activities and quality-centered best practices fit into such product development lifecycles.
· Experience with agile software practices and managing work across more than one project.
· Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL is must.
· Must have knowledge of HP Quality Center 10.x or higher version.
· JIRA exposure is a plus.
· Experience working with onite/offshore model.
· Solid written and oral communication skills in both conversational and technical English.
· Develop complex SQL scripts that validate business requirements and source to target mapping within the data warehouse.
