Roles & Responsibilities	:	·         · Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development ·         · Minimum 3 years of experience with proper UI/UX design techniques. ·         · Working knowledge of modern web standards including HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript and JQuery ·         · Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver and Illustrator or other similar tools. ·         · Experience with responsive and mobile web design ·         · Create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest Web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience. ·         · Wireframe, design and refine user experiences of the application. ·         · Architect the information and conduct usability sessions with key stakeholders to get feedback. ·         · Deliver HTML for the development team to use and extend on. ·         · Interact with Business & other groups and come up with multiple designs for given requirement
