Position : Project Technical Coordinator / Operations lead

Location : Stamford, CT

Duration : 6+ months

Rate : $50/hr AI c2c

Role – To manage all technical interfaces  between the onsite and offshore technical teams

Job Description:

12+ years' experience

1.       Strong knowledge and experience in managing distributed teams.

2.       Good knowledge and understanding of outsourced projects with majority services being delivered from offshore (India)

3.       Strong experience as a technical project manager / co coordinator  and day to day operations for small/midsize infrastructure management projects

4.       Good technical understanding of Windows server and messaging technologies

5.       Sound technical knowledge of Windows based environments and setups. Should be able to understand the issues technically and drive the teams to accomplish common goals

6.       Should be able to act as a bridge between the client teams and the offshore teams to accomplish common goals and to ensure service continuity and quality

7.       Strong conflict management and people management skills

8.       Must have a prior experience managing similar responsibilities with a min tenure of 5 years in a similar role.

9.       Strong skills on creating and reviewing RCA, project processes and technical documentation

10.   Must be able to own and drive  operational responsibilities and project commitments.
