Position: 1

Scrum Master 

The Scrum Master will have experience working with relatively new scrum teams in organizations that are in the middle of their agile transformation.  
This team will be working with other agile teams as well as teams using more traditional development methodologies, and will also be responsible for managing requests from the team to teams providing infrastructure support.

Additional Required Skills

3-5 years as a Scrum Master
Demonstrated experience leading retrospectives, coaching a team  through their initial iterations, and supporting team members who  are new to agile approaches  
Certified scrum master a plus

Position: 2

Area Product Owner 

The Area (or Proxy) Product owner is responsible for working with the scrum team to realized the product vision in working software.  
The area product owner will have experience collaborating with other product owners and product managers to generate user stories, maintaining a product backlog, and working with a team to drive the conversations required to deliver the stories and delight our users.
3-5 years as a product owner, product manager, or business analyst in financial services  
A passion for working with non-technical business users and  articulating a clear vision for meeting their technology needs to developers and other technical team members
Experience writing user stories, leading backlog grooming sessions, and facilitating conversations to assure that user needs are met
An ability to understand government regulations and translate to technical requirements
Strong analytical skills
Experience with Rational Unified process or another use case based methodology a plus, as other teams will be working with use cases

Position: 3

Developers 

The developers are specializing generalists with deep database experience.  They will work to assure the data from our various FX systems is available to our regulatory and client reporting systems.
Each developer should bring their own special skill to the table, whether it's taming out of control queries, mastering change data capture, or writing the tight and performant stored procedures.
3-5 years delivering database-intensive solutions in an Oracle  environment.
Experience with Oracle Golden Gate and PL/SQL stored procedure development.   
A thorough understanding of Oracle database optimization and tuning.
Experience with messaging oriented applications, Golden Gate  Application adapters a plus, and using Golden Gate in a      heterogeneous environment a plus.

Position: 4

Quality Assurance 

Quality assurance team members care deeply about the quality of the product produced by the team.  They understand the various levels of testing that an agile team produces and assume that every layer will be 100% automated.  Each quality assurance team member should know that there work begins before the first line of code is written, and continues until the release is running soundly in production (and beyond).
3-5 years testing database-intensive solutions in a Oracle  environment.
At least 1-3 years of automated testing using the HP suite, Cucumber, Selenium, Fitnesse, or similar tools.
Experience with MS SQL Server and message-oriented applications a  plus.
