Job Description:
Must-Have
6+ years of overall experience with minimum 3+ years of working on IBM BPM.
Products – IBM BPM (Preferably 8.0 and above)
At least two end to end implementation project on IBM BPM.
Sound knowledge in IBM BPM implementation approach, process modeling, Coach design and System services.
Experience in design and development of business processes and sub processes
Experience in Toolkits, event handling and deployment methodology
Good understanding of software development life cycle and Agile/Iterative methodology.
Prior experience in offshore-onshore development/maintenance projects
Ability to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts (functional/technical)
Effective communication skills – oral and written
Good-to-Have
Jscript, SQL/Oracle experience, integrating rules repository with exeternal applications
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
1. Understand business requirements and coordinate with business to develop and deploy BPM applications
2. Build necessary integrations
3. Coordinate with users on playbacks/testing/uat
