Rate: $38-40/Hr All on C2C

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performance Test Tools: HP LoadRunner, JMeter
Performance Monitoring Tools: Tivoli Performance Monitoring Tool, JProfiler, Fiddler, NMON and VisualVM
Understand the Business Requirement Specification and Non-Functional Requirements Specifications
Gather Performance Test requirements
Prepare Performance Test Strategy, Test Plan documents
Identify Workload mix for the business critical scenarios
Knowledge of monitoring, profiling and tuning tools
SQL queries writing
Programming skills needed for coding performance test scripts
Able to design, build, execute and monitor performance tests
Experience in creating detailed performance test reports
Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending solutions
Good experience in Batch performance testing
Good knowledge of WebSphere and its performance counters
Extensive working knowledge in UNIX and Windows platforms
Knowledge of additional open source tool will be a plus.
Exposure of Retails domain will be an added advantage
Analysis of Heap Dump, Thread Dump and Garbage Collection Logs will be a plus.
