Skills Required
Responsibilities
• Must Have Recent Banking/Financial Experience
• 8+ years of IT experience required
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders to understand environment requirement for the release and the overall project schedule
• Create and maintain the release schedule for different environments
• Ensure the required environments are available inline with the release schedule
• Manage the deployment of the deliverables to the non-production environments
• Ensure that dependencies are received from development team and provided to the deployment team in the form of release notes
• Open release and change tickets by gathering details from different teams
• Attend CAB meetings to represent the release and ensure that all approvals are in place
• Review production install plan with the resources involved during production install
• Act as control tower for the changes that are executed by different groups by coordinating and communicating the status during production and pre-production
Technical Skills
• Should have strong experience in UNIX & Shell Scripting
• Should have experience in SCM tool preferably Clearcase & Git Stash
• Should have working experience of any build automation & continuous integration tool like Jenkins and continuous delivery tool udeploy
• Good to have code migration experience from clear case to Stash
• Good to have knowledge on autosys
• Nice to have deployment experience on web server like Apache Tomcat
General Skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent co-ordination skills
• Metrics generation and reporting
• Should have worked on waterfall and agile development projects
• Should have good analytical skills
• Multi task and being able to prioritize effectively
