Job Title: QlikView developer with financial exp

Location: Downtown NYC, NY

Duration : 6+ Months

 

Keys to this are as follows:

1-      Heavy QlikView…certification is going to be important.  Architecture work is a major plus as well!

2-      Financial experience…they do Equities at Scotia.  They also do Commodities…not necessary to have those two , but MUST have financial experience!

3-      Data Warehousing, Data Aggregation is also important. 

 

Mandatory Experience:

At least 4 years of QlikView development experience

Leading role in designing data models, structuring reloading script, performance optimization

Good SQL/database skills (SQL Server, Oracle)

Good knowledge of ETL processing, data transformation and data modeling techniques

Good communication skills.

 

Additionally, the following would be preferable :

Experience with Qlikmaps and Qliksense

QlikView Designer/Developer certification preferable

Basic level of QlikView Server administration

Participation in Agile project delivery methodology

Capital markets/financial instrument t experience.
