·         The manager wants a DBA (Mainframe/DB2) with Test Data Management experience that is willing to learn Optim.

Seeking a Mainframe DB2 DBA for an enterprise level healthcare company in Texas.

1. Mainframe (DB2)
2. Test Data Management (TDM)
3. Database Administration/Development 

**Optim experience is a plus 

This position is accountable for providing and implementing end-to-end solutions for large & complex projects involving data sub-setting, data masking, data archiving and data refresh using IBM Optim.

The successful candidate will have prior experience with tools/technologies used for data sub-setting, data masking, etc. 

HCSC is implementing the Optim Test Data Management tool for the purposes of:
*Removing, masking or transforming elements that could be used to identify an individual or trading partners - ie Name, Address, Telephone, SSN, DOB, CCN, email …
*Protect HCSC from fines and penalties, loss of customer loyalty and revenue, negative publicity, damage to company reputation
*Privatized data acceptable to use in open test environments
*Masked or transformed data must be appropriate to the context - need to find the right algorithm for each data element

Candidate Must have:
Test Environment Data Management - 
Experience in creating a process for test environment data management with Application DBA experience(Mainframe/DB2)
Will need to currently posses knowledge of data management for test environment concepts and best practices
Ability to adapt and apply industry best practices while addressing constraints of organizational, political and technical challenges.This is not a Tester, more of a strong data analyst/DBA background.. Needs to be someone who has helped set up and manage a more controlled testing environment, and understands concepts like test data management, entry and exit criteria, environment scheduling, etc.
