Overview;
This Technical Lead role is responsible for supporting technological aspects of software solutions deployed. This role will partner with App Leads / Managers to ensure that day-to-day support requests and enhancements meet business requirements and Architects to ensure technology requirements and standards are adhered to.
This is a day to day maintenance position for 7 enterprise level applications, it's not project work and will also require lead, management aspects of on/offshore teams.
Things you need to have
Candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of application development experience in large-scale OO, client-server, web-enabled and OLTP applications
Experience with various application development and deployment life cycle and methodologies
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with n-tier application architecture to leverage on business object tier
Experience working with on/off-shore suppliers of IT services
Familiarity with intellectual property management, master data management and television and motion picture distribution domain knowledge a plus
Expertise in Java (versions 1.4 to 1.8), EJB, JSP, Seam 2.0, Servlets, Hibernate, JDBC, HTML, Swing
Expertise in Ant, Jenkins, Maven, Oracle 11, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, XML
Familiarity with application development and shell scripting on both Windows 7 and UNIX (AIX and Red Hat Linux)
Familiarity with EAI, ETL, analytical and operational reporting tools
Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS solutions, interactions with on-premise deployed software and pros/cons of each type of solution
What you will be doing
30% 1. Assist application development teams in developing technology requirements in conjunction with the creation of new enhancements. Knowledgeable on one or more technical platform architectures. Collaborate with other teams to clarify system functional requirements, use cases and data information needs.
40% 2. Assist and help manage on/off-shore suppliers of IT services as a technical expert in resolving incidents, solving problems or creation of new enhancements. Partner with SPE application leads/managers to deliver successful solutions.
30% 3. Document, design and/or code solutions to resolve incidents, solve problems or creating of new enhancements.

We believe that what happens after the loan is funded is more important that what happens before. Much of our machine learning efforts are focused on this idea.
We are looking for a Chief Risk Officer to join our team and continue with us on our journey.
Here is a little more about what you will be doing:
- Risk Management for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention for all channels; online, digital, Direct Mail and branch walk-ins.
- Manage centralized underwriting, Line strategy, renewals and risk policies.
- Automated Underwriting algorithms for online and digital channels for secured/unsecured closed end loans.
- Use Reject Inferencing and self-learning algorithms for rapid Risk Underwriting development cycles (60-90 days) with progressively improving & expanding the usage of instant decisioning.
- Lead a team of highly skilled individuals with graduate degrees in Statistics, Engineering and Computer Science that use industry standard predictive analysis tools.
- Develop data and decisioning strategies and define IT capability requirements for the next iterations of instant decisioning.
-Lead data due diligence for Credit Bureaus, Alternative Bureaus and other reporting agencies to assess predictive/informative nature of data.
-Utilize valuable data/attributes in a 3-month development cycle.
Here is the background and experience we are looking for:
- CRO or VP of Decision Analytics (or something of the sort) Experience in related Field.
-Predictive Analytics and Risk Management Experience
- KnowldegeSeeker, SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS Grid, Matlab and R.
-Master's in Engineering PhD Preferred
