Release Oversight ::

Manager states that someone with a server admin background may be ideal here.

Ø  Oversees release decisions and processes in terms of cross functional/channel impacts ¿Maintains through a partnership with CITOPS the release deployment schedule ¿Evaluates, validates dependency impact, and communicates all changes for a release

Ø  Attends the PMO meetings to collect data and information pertaining to the release Release Management,Coordinates and schedules key changes to production

Ø  Monitors each phase of the release ,Verifies User Acceptance and signoff on deliverables Test Environment Coordination ,Manages scheduling and configuration of test environments for each release ,Ensure beneficial and approved changes to be made with minimal disruption to the IT services ,Controls the lifecycle to all changes: ¿Prior to planning, Prior to build ,Prior to deployment

Ø  After deployment ,Produces the Change Evaluation Report,Provides the Gate Control with CITOPS for Production Deployments
