manufacturing industry or heavy machinery (e.g. Boeing, Honda, Mazda, GM, John Deere etc.) + Primavera project management software experience.

 

 

 

 

Job Description:

·         Facilitate program and project workshops, plan and execute program/project development sessions, plan and execute program/project control meetings, and run other program/project meetings independently.

·         Understand and adhere to divisional and corporate governance processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

·         Four year college or university degree.

·         12-15 years of progressively responsible job-related experience.

·         Superior project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

·         Must possess comprehensive knowledge of Primavera project management software.

·         Professional project management training with direct professional project management experience.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.

·         Professional training in leading and facilitating meetings, including strong skill developing & delivering communications and presentations.

·         Excellent MS Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint skills.
