Job Description:
- At least 4 years of experience in Genesys eServices
- At least 3 years of String experience in Genesys Multimedia chat.
- At least 1 years of experience in GMS
- At least 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE
- At least 2 years of experience in webservices.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Basic knowledge on Contact Center domain and Genesys Product
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Excellent communication skills written and oral.
