SAS Admin/Developer

San Francisco, CA

6+ months contract

 

Required:

Minimum of 3-5 years SAS system administration experience encompassing entire SAS suite of tools

Minimum of 3-5 years hands on analysis experience with SAS, SAS EG, SAS VA and SAS EM

Experience with SAS Text Miner is a plus

Minimum of 1-2 years hands on experience with SAS data quality and MDM tools

Solid understanding of predictive analytics, data quality and data management concepts

Ability to work effectively with all constituents including IS technical staff, IS management, business management, data scientists, etc.

Understanding of configuration management, change management and release management concepts and how they relate to application administration

Understanding of ITIL framework and its application in IT service management is a plus

Self-directed and able to act independently in achieving agreed upon goals

Seeks to continuously improve performance, availability, capability, etc. of environment

Knowledge of the Business Objects BI toolset is a plus
