Job Description:
• Manage availability and ongoing development of enterprise infrastructure tools platforms (including ITSM, Monitoring, Event Management etc.)
• Oversee continual improvement of the enterprise infrastructure tools platforms to increase usefulness and overall integration
• Own upgrades and releases related to HCL-owned infrastructure tools
• For Monitoring tools increase completeness of alerting while decreasing false-positives and otherwise un-actionable messages
• Lead custom web-development projects and tasks, ensuring high quality standards in internal design, external appearance, and overall usability of delivered solutions
• Define procedures, processes, standards, and requirements for matrixes teams to follow so operations and delivery are streamlined and continuously improving
• Develop and provide as requested reporting showing current health of the infrastructure environment including currency, support capability, risk, issues, resiliency,
