Prior experience in the Implementation and Support of Microsoft Lync - Unified Communication Solutions preferred.
Microsoft Office Communication Server (OCS) design and implementation.
Microsoft Lync design and implementation.
Should have experience in sharepoint.
Excellent knowledge in IT enterprise applications such as: Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Exchange.
Hands on MS Lync 2010 experience in production environments/multiple projects.
Experience in installation, configuration and support of multi-site Microsoft Lync environments offering high availability and disaster recovery.
Experience working with remote teams.
Collaborate with other teams to implement service and system monitoring and alerting.
Ability to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical issues.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
Ability to react quickly and effectively to issues and opportunities.
Excellent customer interaction skills.
