Qualifications
Basic
· 7-8 years' experience in PeopleSoft FSCM Functional skills
· 3+ years hands on experience in working with Oracle PeopleSoft Financial version 8.9 or above
· 4+ years in a functional lead role in PeopleSoft implementations
· 2 or more project experiences in PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management working with the following modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing (BI), Contracts, Asset Management (AM), and Expenses (EX)
3+ years hands on experience on more than 2 modules stated above, with respect to upgrade / implementation projects
· Expertise in trouble shooting, maintenance and support of Oracle PeopleSoft applications & financial reporting
· Develop functional specifications for customization and data conversion
· Experience with PS Query and key transactional tables
· Strong experience writing Business Requirement, Fit Gap Analysis and Functional Design documents
Infosys seeks a PeopleSoft Technical Analyst/Lead who can understand PeopleSoft Architecture and various tools. The Analyst/Lead will:
• Interact with customers and functional team as part of project and support activities.
• Interact, delegate, review technical deliverables from the offshore technical team.
• Work independently and as a team player, collaborating with peers and other team members.
• Perform technical design, code development, technical analysis, test support in terms of code fixes, and participate in cut over activities as part of upgrade/implementation projects.
• Provide ongoing Maintenance and Support activities, participate in pursuits focused on our clients' business needs.

· 4+ years in a technical analyst/lead role in PeopleSoft implementations
· 2 or more project experiences in PeopleSoft HCM/Finance working on the following tools: PeopleSoft Architecture, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, COBOL, XMP Publishes, Crystal Reports, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker
· At least one year experience in PeopleSoft Payroll (either NA Payroll or Global Payroll)
3+ years hands on experience on majority of the tools stated above, with respect to upgrade/implementation projects
· At least one full upgrade/implementation in Finance / ESA
· Expertise in trouble shooting, maintenance and support of Oracle PeopleSoft applications
· Develop functional specifications for customization and data conversion
· Experience with PS Query and key transactional tables
· Strong experience writing Business Requirement, Fit Gap Analysis and Functional Design documents
