Position  : Change Coordinator

Location : Dallas TX

Duration : 12 Months

Job Description :

 

1.       Person should be able to work with ATOS technical team about the details and put the change tkt in the system

2.       Person should be able to coordinate for Change tkt approval with different EFH/HCL managers

3.       Should be able to escalate to program managers if needed.

4.       Basic understanding of IT infrastructure

5.       ITIL certification will be added advantage

6.       Project lifecycle understanding

7.       Excellent communication skills

8.       Customer coordination skills
