Key Skills Required :
The role is be responsible for database testing and data validation in a large enterprise environment. Will work from requirements to create test plans and test cases; write and run test scripts using SQL; and report defects to development teams. Will analyze test results to pinpoint problems and work to resolve issues. Will test databases, data marts, and data warehouses. Must be able to plan testing and work independently. Will interact with a variety of business and technical staff.   Requirements: ·         5+ years in database testing and QA, analyzing requirements, and writing test cases ·         Advanced SQL skills - able to write complex queries with joins and nested queries ·         Excellent problem solving and analytical skills ·         Solid skills in reporting and defect tracking ·         Experience in any automation testing is good. ·         Experience in Quality Center/ALM is preferred ·         Experience in testing financial applications preferred.
