Job Description:

 

Application Production Support with Weblogic and UNIX:

• Performs status reporting and issue resolution.
• Reports Project status to Project Manager.
• Escalates technical and/or Project issues to Project Manager.
• Coordinates the offshore Supplier Personnel.
• Performs production monitoring and maintenance.
• Provides on-call production support.
• Conducts client inquiries and investigations.
• Ensure Project is executed in compliance with the SLAs and AT&T processes.
• Participates in providing Services to be performed under the associated Order.
• Installs, configures, troubleshoots, monitors, maintains and upgrades software.
• Helps stabilize new products to Production.
• Works with stakeholders and partner teams to understand business requirements; Participates in and drives discussions on production architecture and support processes.
• Works closely with Development and Test organizations to deploy upgrades or enhancements and troubleshoot any defects.
• Performs application monitoring and response, problem management/resolution, change management for a 24*7 suite of applications.
• Performs deployment of code, scheduling, tuning and configuration of application and infrastructure components
• Provides support for business projects, product launches and release management.
• Supports and assists enterprise class customers for production issues. Gathers information independently, carries out necessary research and analysis to resolve production issues

 

Technical Skills:

WEBLOGIC, UNIX and Tuxedo is plus advantage.
