Role : Business Analyst

Location : Norwalk, CT

Duration : 6+ Months

 

Must Have ::

v  5-7 years of experience in business analyst role.

v  Must have experience in real estate specific software applications (Argus, JDE, Yardi, Dyna etc.).

v  Good understanding and working experience in commercial real estate LOB (Line of Business) and associated services & products

v  Experience in commercial real estate cash flow modeling,  underwriting, commercial property management, appraisals, valuation, budgeting/forecasting is preferred.

v  Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts and BI queries. Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
