Position: SQL/MSSQL DBA

Location: Fremont, CA

Duration: 10 months

Rate: $45/hr C2C

•Day to day operations support for MySQL and MSSQL platforms

•DB Event Management; DBA Ops Activities; Backup and Recovery

•Performance tuning and Optimization

•DB Capacity planning;

•DB Install, upgrade migration

•Patch and TAR management

•ITIL Compliant service support & Delivery

•DB Space and Schema management

•Object reorganization & refresh;

•DB Cloning & Archiving

•Facilitate knowledge sharing, Creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation and diagrams.

•Participate in shift rotations to provide coverage during support hours.

           

Other Skills                                          

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Continuous interaction with the client for ongoing support activities

coordination with client and offshore team

Techno Managerial skills
