Detailed job description | Beneficiary would be leading the onsite team for large .com Support project and would be communicating with key stakeholders on the client side for project related matters. He will be responsible for delivering Incident management (L2 tickets), event management (Application health Monitoring, reprocessing and reporting) and Problem management (Defect fixes) for the .com platform. He will provide the above described services for following application areas:
Tasks and Activities:
Beneficiary would be responsible for the following activities: • Monitor Alerts and Notifications available in the platform • Investigate and Determinate the Correct Control Action • Reprocess stuck Orders, emails and Messages • Early Detection of Incidents via platform health monitoring • Delivery of custom reports on agreed upon frequency • Investigation and Resolution of Tickets/Incidents planned in Jira sprint • Map tickets addressed by the team to respective Release (if applicable) for tracking purposes. • Incident Ownership, Monitoring, Tracking and Communication with all Stakeholders • Issue resolution and Technical support to Event management team in case of any issues reported by them in the course of daily monitoring • Preliminary Root Cause Analysis to identify problem area and log Bugs as required • Holiday Readiness Activities • Emergency production maintenance, hot fix for applications in scope, configuration changes and database production data updates to resolve critical production issues • Support internal and external load test and capacity planning limited to: • Monitoring of ATG and Tax ware payment logs during load test • Monitoring, enabling and disabling OMS, EAI and Database during load test • Map the payment gateway before and after the load test • Cancel the dummy orders created during the load test and updating order status to prevent impact downstream • Ascertain need for a code change and log a defect in Jira to be taken up by problem management team. • Share details of issues resulting in top recurring tickets to be prioritized for Problem management team. • Coordination with 3rd party vendors and ISD teams to resolve issues that need resolution from 3rd party external applications as set forth in Appendix A, attached herein. • CRQ creation, representation and coordination only for the changes which are driven by the support team • Creation and Updating knowledge base for help in fixing repetitive issues. • Followup and initiate transition for the development projects in each release, if development teams do not initiate this activity three weeks prior to the release. • Impact Analysis of the Prioritized Bugs • Code changes and Implementation of the Identified Bugs • High priority Business fixes • Solution documentation and defect fixes • Participate and provide feedback / recommendations in key design and architecture review meetings of Development project. |
