SAP CRM Configuration- Functional Analyst

 

Location:Bellevue,WA

Duration :6 months plus

Rate: $60- $70 c2c all incl.,

Should be GC, EAD GC and USC.

 

 

Role Description:

 

•Consult with business to create/clarify business requirements for CRM (SAP on HANA)

 

 

•Work with cross functional technical teams to design system solutions

 

 

•Write functional specifications to support system changes and integrations

 

 

•Support technical review of test cases and UAT scenarios

 

 

•Create integration functional specifications for third party SMS/Email integration with SAP CRM

 

Qualifications

 

 •6+ years of experience Functional Analysis experience writing use cases, capturing requirements, and creating functional specifications

•Strong technical writing skills producing clear process documentation and project artifacts

•Exposure to business process and system modeling tools (i.e., data flow diagrams and process documentation)

•Experience with reporting and mapping requirements from various data sources

•Advanced skills with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio)

•Business as well as technical acumen (a System Analyst with a Functional Analyst mindset - able to understand both systems and business and collaborate between the two)

•Ability to configure an existing R3 variant configuration model

Understanding of and experience configuring Variant tables, dependencies, characteristics, classes, dependency nets

Ability to troubleshoot variant configuration issues in a production support role

Understanding of SAP CRM module and integration points with Variant Configuration

Ability to design changes to an existing variant configuration model in support of multiple project initiatives Understanding of the basic elements ABA

•Understanding of SAP BASIS activities including transport processes and procedures

 

 

 

 

Desired:

•Prior Systems Analyst experience - with expertise in Web UI and/or Middleware (SOA) technologies

•Architectural know-how and/or prior development experience

•Prior experience in telecom and/or exposure to mobile applications

Knowledge of SAP CRM. ADT. RTOM, Hana, and SAP cloud
